Who Is She

Living and working in Birmingham, AL, she have had the opportunity to learn so much about business, education, and educational leadership. She have been mentored by a plethora of educational professionals, which means she has had many different experiences that have built the skilled professional she is today. Now, she is seeking for new challenges, new solutions in hope to change the image of Instructional Leadership within BCS and expand her horizons and territories of teaching others.  She is learning as she develop into an effective, successful, & compassionate educational leader excited about the future of the improvement of others. She is currently finishing the Instructional Leadership at The University of Alabama at Birmingham to expand her vita and credentials to be a "Force of Greatness"!  In her current role, after graduation, she is looking forward to applying and utilizing the knowledge, skills, and experiences gained in the completion of the Master of Educational Leadership Program. With great expectations of her bubbling future as an effective educational leader, she plan on making a great impact on the success of teachers and students she is privy to impart, inspire, and grow with as lifelong learners. During her time in this program, she have expanded her horizons, and accepted invitations to present best practices, strategies, and ideas to fellow educators in the field of Business Marketing Education as a stepping-stone to accomplishing her goals in the profession.  She is currently transitioning from an applying classroom teacher to an integrating, innovative educator demonstrating the leadership skills needed to grow as an instructional leader developing leadership across the world.  She have grown professionally to leave a mark on the world by shining the light in sharing the gift of education.
